Regional Sales Manager

5 (working location: Jinan)

Job Description: 
1. Responsible for the market development, promotion and sales of the company's flame retardant products.  
2. Responsible for the establishment of customer files in the region and customer maintenance, and regularly report to the company to establish and improve customer resource files.  
3. Responsible for communication and coordination with company management and regional managers. Responsible for the collection and analysis of market information in the region. And timely feedback to managers and company decision-makers, regularly and irregularly put forward marketing strategies, strategic suggestions, to achieve the company's overall performance and market share goals.  

Job Requirements:
1. Graduated from regular college, college degree or above, able to practice computer operation, familiar with network marketing; fine chemical, basic organic synthesis, polymer chemistry and related majors are preferred.  
2. More than two years of relevant professional sales or R&D work experience, with strong self-management ability, able to accept challenges and work under pressure.  
3. Possess strong communication, negotiation, coordination and customer service skills, can travel frequently, and work conscientiously.  
4. Keen business awareness and strong operation and execution ability, strong learning ability, organization and coordination ability, communication ability and public relations ability, good team spirit; with team management experience, foreign-funded enterprise marketing and sales work experience is preferred .
