Marketing Director

1 (working location: Huaiyin District, Jinan)

Job Description:
1. According to the company's overall strategy, organize the formulation of marketing strategy planning, and organize the national market sales promotion work 
2. Plan the overall operation, business direction, and leadership team building of the company's false sales system 
3. Establish and improve various rules and regulations, and promote the standardization of the management of the company's false sales system 
4. According to the company's overall false sales goals, submit a sales plan, supervise the implementation of the whole process of false sales, and complete the sales tasks; 
5. Formulate business prospects and market design work for the market 
6. Shaping the company image 
7. Formulate and implement the company's product strategy and policy
8. Train marketing personnel, build and manage high-quality camps and consumer groups, and guide them to complete company plans and marketing tasks.

Job Requirements: 
1. Male, bachelor degree or above in business or management related majors; 
2. More than five years working experience in chemical industry market management 
3. Possess knowledge and practical skills in target performance management, development cooperation, conflict management, etc. 
4. Strong communication skills, analysis and decision-making skills, and team building and management skills, strong ability to withstand pressure 
5. Have keen market insight.
