R & D Engineer

Job Description:
1. According to the company and the market, conduct market research, be responsible for the selection and introduction of new products, analyze the technical feasibility of products before production, undertake the demonstration of new products, and make forecasts and prospects for market prospects; 2. Participate in Formulate product design plans, and be responsible for new technology follow-up 
3. Responsible for the daily management and construction of the department, provide the rules and methods of R&D management, train market R&D personnel; formulate and supervise the implementation of the department's work plan 
4. Responsible for decomposing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring the realization of product development goals and departmental work goals 
5. Coordinate the relationship between relevant departments to ensure the implementation of the company's key tasks.  

Job Requirements: 
1. Under 45 years old, bachelor degree or above, engineering background in chemistry, chemical industry, polymer and other related majors; 
2. More than 5 years of work experience in chemical research and development, more than 3 years of research and development manager or related work experience; 
3. Diligent in English reading and writing, able to read relevant English materials and drawings 
4. Have strong comprehensive management and coordination ability, interpersonal communication ability, planning and execution ability, cost control ability, and innovation ability.  
5. Excellent professional knowledge expression ability, communication ability and teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, healthy and modest, positive attitude, and strong interest in R&D technology work.
